  • 售中服务/In-sales service:

提供专业的工程管理服务。对于大中型的工程项目,我们将组成专业的项目小组,由资深的项目经理全程负责组织和管理,全面监控业务洽谈、设计制造、品质、运输、安装、验收等各个环节。特别针对通讯系统,海沃集团专门成立了营销中心系统销售部,结合具体的操作实际,力求提供更优质的产品和服务。
Provide professional engineering management service. We will establish professional project team for large-scaled engineering projects, which are organized and managed by senior product manager, and the procedures of business negotiation, design and manufacturing, quality, transport, installation and acceptance check are under overall supervision. Especially, Hework Group has established Marketing Center System Sales Department for communication system, so as to provide high-quality products and service in specific operations.

专人接听、受理客户投诉电话,及时了解客户意见,高效、快速做出反应,为客户提供切实可行的解决方案;
专人追踪改善结果,定期进行电话巡访,制作客户档案资料,建立良好的客情关系网;
在产品保用期内,凡属本公司产品质量问题,均提供免费上门维修服务;
Routine service
Provide overall and detailed professional technology consultation service in furniture industry, and guide clients to use and maintain furniture in a proper way;
Designate specially assigned persons to answer and accept client complaint calls, get acquainted with the opinions from clients in time, so as to make highefficiency and rapid response, and provide clients with feasible solutions;
Designate specially assigned persons to follow up the results of improvement, and conduct call visit regularly, make client file data, and establish good client relation network;
Provide free door-to maintenance service for the product quality problems during product warranty period.Provide home delivery service for all goods and responsible for installation.
